1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing

  • Please double-check the size chart before purchasing, as we are unable to issue refunds for incorrect sizing. We recommend referring to the size guide on our website or contacting our customer service team for assistance if you are unsure about sizing before placing an order.
  • If you are sent the incorrect size from what you ordered you are still eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • If your item is eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team at elceedstore.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. International Returns

  • For international returns, the same return guidelines apply. However, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These are non-refundable.
